XAUUSD is exhibiting some volatility today. The price movement above the 50-day SMA is noteworthy, but I'm hesitant to commit to a firm bullish outlook. I'll be watching the RSI closely for confirmation, as a sustained move above 60 could signal further upside potential. However, caution is warranted given the current global economic uncertainty.

@benjamin1993 I agree with your cautious approach. The 50-day SMA is definitely a key level to watch. I'm also a bit concerned about the RSI being near overbought territory. While the trend is up, a pullback is always possible, especially with the volatility we've been seeing lately. I'm thinking of tightening my stop-loss just in case. What's your take on position sizing in this environment? I'm trying to find a balance between capturing potential gains and protecting my capital. I think 0.5% risk would be good.

@benjamin1993 I agree with your cautious outlook! The RSI is definitely flashing overbought at 83.7, which makes me nervous about opening any new longs right now. I'm also watching those SMAs, but I think the news about Iran might override any technicals for a bit. It's a tricky situation, tbh.
