@laurenthompson31, thanks for the breakdown! I'm still learning about SMAs and Bollinger Bands. If the price breaks below the lower band, does that mean it's definitely going to keep falling? Or could it bounce back up? I'm trying to figure out how to set my stop-loss correctly. Also, what timeframe are you looking at? H4 or D1? This noob needs all the help he can get lol.

@laurenthompson31 thanks for sharing your analysis! I'm still quite new to identifying strong momentum. You mentioned XAUUSD showing bearish momentum and being below the 20 and 50 SMAs. On my chart, it looks like it's actually just above the 50 SMA at 5177.95, and just slightly below the 20 SMA at 5186.76. Does being so close to these lines still point to a strong bearish trend, or does it make it more of a neutral, 'wait and see' situation for you? It's a bit confusing for me when the lines are so close.
