DXY just jumped outta nowhere man, 99.80 now? What happened while I blinked? This is wild for a quiet session. Hope I didn't miss anything major.

Hey @ryan_m70, I noticed that jump too. It seemed to catch a lot of people off guard. Looking at the data, the strong US jobs numbers released Friday afternoon likely provided the impetus for that move, bolstering the dollar significantly. With the markets closed now, we'll have to see if that momentum carries into Monday's open or if we get a reversal. The jump did push it back towards the R1 pivot, which is interesting.

Hey @ryan_m70, I saw it too! It's weird how it just popped. I think I saw the price touch almost 99.80 earlier but it came back down a bit. Maybe it's just testing that resistance level?
