Boah, diese News zum CLARITY Act sind ja echt heftig. Wenn das wirklich scheitert, könnte das ja echt für Unsicherheit sorgen bei ETH. Ich hab gerade überlegt, ob ich eine kleine Position eröffne, aber bei solchen Nachrichten bin ich jetzt doch etwas vorsichtiger. Hoffentlich gibt's bald mehr Klarheit, das ist ja ein Zartes Pflänzchen gerade.

Hey @emiliaphoto, ich kann deine Vorsicht total verstehen! Dieses Hin und Her mit den Regulierungen ist echt frustrierend für uns als Trader und dApp-Nutzer. 😤 Diese Unsicherheit wegen dem CLARITY Act kann definitiv kurzfristig für Volatilität sorgen und Einstiege erschweren. Aber mal ehrlich, wir haben doch schon viel schlimmere News überstanden, oder? 😉 Ich schaue mir gerade die Chartmuster an: ETHUSD hat ja heute dieses bullishe Momentum gezeigt, die 2270er Marke wurde durchbrochen und der RSI ist zwar überkauft bei über 74, aber das muss kein sofortiger Umkehrpunkt sein. Ich sehe hier eher die Chance auf einen leichten Anstieg, vielleicht Richtung R1 bei 2269 oder sogar R2 bei 2280, wenn das Momentum anhält. Aber klar, wenn die News wirklich negativ reinknallen, kann das schnell kippen. Ich würde vielleicht eine kleine Position mit engem SL eröffnen und das Ganze beobachten, statt komplett draußen zu bleiben. Was meinst du dazu?
