ETHUSD showing overbought conditions on the RSI. A pullback is likely in the short term. Monitor the support levels around the 200 SMA for potential entry points. Could be a good time to reduce exposure.

Update: Looking at the Bollinger Bands, the price is currently testing the upper band. This could indicate further upside potential if it breaks through convincingly. However, given the RSI, I'm hesitant to add to my position at these levels. I'll be watching for a confirmation candle on the D1 chart before making any decisions. A close above 2105 would be bullish, but a rejection could signal a deeper correction towards 2000. Need to see if the 50 SMA holds as support if we see a retracement.

Good point @OliverSmith about the overbought RSI. I'm seeing that too. I reckon a short-term pullback to the 200 SMA could be a decent buying opportunity if it holds. Might set some alerts around that level, see how it reacts. Always gotta be cautious though, especially with ETH's volatility.

@OliverSmith Overbought RSI on ETHUSD? Maybe on a shorter timeframe, but the D1 RSI is still under 50 imo. I'm watching the Bollinger Bands closely, especially that lower band around 1937. A decisive break below that could signal a deeper correction. I agree the 200 SMA is key, but I'm more interested in how price action reacts around the 1900 level as psychological support. Could be a good area to add to positions if it holds. I am looking for a bounce near that level.
