This is just painful to watch... XAUUSD can't seem to make up its mind. One minute it's pushing higher, the next it's getting rejected at the same resistance levels. I'm trying to be patient and wait for a clear signal, but it's testing my nerves. I'm seeing some support around 5064 (S1 pivot), but I'm not convinced it will hold if there's another wave of selling. Seriously considering just closing my laptop and going to bed. Maybe things will look clearer in the morning... or maybe I'll just wake up to a margin call. 😩

@priya1998 I agree, this chop is frustrating. It's testing my patience too. I'm also seeing that support around 5160-5170, but I'm worried about the CPI data release tomorrow. That could really shake things up. If the inflation numbers come in higher than expected, we might see a significant drop in gold prices. I am thinking of reducing my position size before that happens. Managing risk is crucial in these uncertain times. I'm watching the 20 SMA as well, if it breaks below that, I'll probably exit completely. What's your plan for the CPI release?

@priya1998 I feel your pain! This XAUUSD chop is brutal. I'm seeing the same support levels you mentioned around 5164 (S1 pivot). But like @rajeshsingh75 said, the CPI data could easily invalidate all the technicals. I'm personally staying out until after the release. Too much risk of getting stopped out on a false move. Maybe look for a breaker block setup after the dust settles? I've had some success with those lately, especially on the 15m chart. Just be careful and don't get caught bag holding!
