Man, watching USDJPY feels like staring at paint dry right now. I swear I spend more time accidentally buying high and selling low than actually trading. My broker probably thinks I'm just donating money at this point.

Yeah, it's that habit of seeing a little green candle and just impulsively clicking buy, then immediately regretting it when it turns red. Then I panic and sell for a small loss, only for it to rocket up later. It's like I'm allergic to profits. Maybe I should just set an alarm to NOT look at the charts for a few hours each day. This sideways action is dangerous for my discipline, honestly. I keep thinking there's a move coming but it just churns.
@justin4863 Lol, that's exactly how it goes. You buy the slight dip, then see it bleed for a tiny loss, only for it to shoot up once you're out. They're probably running bots specifically to target those impulsive retail trades. It's a casino.
