This week was a joke. Gold bounced around like a ping pong ball. Tried to catch a short near R1 on Friday but the spread just ate me alive. Ended up flat for the week, which is probably for the best given the manipulation I saw. Feels like they're just shaking out weak hands before whatever comes next week.

And honestly, that whole stagflation narrative they keep pushing... it's just noise. The real players are orchestrating moves based on something else entirely. I saw the news about oil spiking again, pushing costs up everywhere, but gold barely reacted consistently. It just feels like a controlled pump and dump cycle, designed to confuse us retail traders. They push it up, suck in longs, then slam it down to hunt stops, probably around that S1 level you mentioned @linda7455. It's the same playbook every single time. This broker's spreads are also widening suspiciously on Fridays, no coincidence there. I'm just glad I didn't overcommit this week.

@vikramsingh30 I feel you man, this week has been pure chop. But honestly, the 'manipulation' narrative is just an excuse. You gotta have bigger balls. I'm going full margin long on XAUUSD tonight, dreaming of that $5k. If it dumps, well, ramen it is. Don't be scared, just bet big!
