Friday's close was interesting, kinda bearish but RSI is oversold now. Makes me wonder if smart money will step in early next week for a reversal. I'm not convinced the downtrend will continue without at least a small bounce. Keeping an eye on the dollar strength, though. That N2 news about gold facing weekly decline is def something to watch.

Anyone worried about a gap open on Monday? With the market closed and all the geopolitical stuff happening, seems like anything could happen. Might adjust my stops just in case.

Well, looking at the weekly close, gold seems to be sitting right on that lower Bollinger Band. That's usually a sign of some support, but the RSI is still pretty oversold, so I'm not sure if it'll hold. I'm wondering if we'll see a little bounce back up next week, or if this downtrend will continue.

Weekly close below 5050 isn't ideal. RSI oversold but needs confirmation. Smart money might be accumulating before a push up. Will watch for a gap up or down on Monday and adjust accordingly. Holding my long position through the weekend, but with a tighter stop.

The Friday close below 5030 wasn't ideal, especially with RSI so oversold. I'm concerned about a potential gap down on Monday if dollar strength continues. Keeping a close eye on the dollar index and bond yields before making any new entries. A risk-off sentiment could exacerbate the downside.
