Risk management is paramount, especially with BTC's volatility. I always adhere to a strict position sizing strategy, risking no more than 1% of my capital on any single trade. It's also crucial to have a well-defined exit strategy, including both profit targets and stop-loss orders. Cutting losses early is just as important as letting profits run.

And another thing to consider is correlation. While Bitcoin is often touted as an uncorrelated asset, it can still be influenced by broader market sentiment and macroeconomic factors. I'm keeping a close watch on the CLARITY Act developments as regulatory clarity could significantly impact investor confidence. It's all connected in some way, shape, or form.

You're absolutely right @chloetaylor77, risk management is everything, especially with crypto. I usually stick to risking no more than 1% too, though sometimes when I see a clear setup, I might nudge it to 1.5% if the conviction is high. And that point about correlation is spot on. People think BTC is completely separate but when you see the DXY moving or major news like dropping, it definitely influences things. I've seen too many 'uncorrelated' assets get dragged down with the tide. I'm watching the 200 SMA around 70.5k as a longer-term support zone; if that breaks, then we might see some real panic, maybe even some bag holders emerge. For now, just watching this choppy price action from the sidelines until it becomes clearer.
