Anyone else notice the DXY's correlation with the 10-year Treasury yield lately? Seems like they're moving pretty much in lockstep. I'm wondering if this is a short-term phenomenon or if it's indicative of a longer-term trend. Could be a key indicator for future DXY movements. What do you guys think?

Update: Just noticed the 50-day SMA is providing pretty solid support around 97.20. If that breaks down, the correlation with the 10-year yield might weaken, signaling a potential shift in the DXY's direction. Something to keep an eye on especially if we see some profit taking by end of week. Still bullish overall but watching for signs of weakness.

That's an interesting point about the 10-year Treasury yield, @kking632. I haven't been paying as close attention to that correlation as I should be. It makes sense that they'd be linked, given the dollar's role in the global economy. I'll definitely be adding that to my analysis next week to see if it strengthens my DXY predictions.
