Well, another day concluding below the 50 SMA for GBPUSD. The -0.45% move today means we've broken below the S2 pivot at 1.32562 briefly. My short position from yesterday at 1.3305 has been holding, currently in profit. I've moved my SL to 1.3280, so at worst it's a small gain. Watching if this bearish RSI divergence on the H4 chart plays out further.

The fact that we're seeing this consistent rejection from the 20 SMA on the daily chart is telling. It reinforces the bearish bias I had entering the trade. I'm considering tightening the stop further to 1.3270 if we see another wave of dollar strength this evening. The longer it stays below 1.3300, the higher the probability of a test towards the 1.3200 psychological level, especially if the FOMC minutes are hawkish. It's crucial to stay disciplined and not chase price, letting the analysis guide the exit.
