XAGUSD Feb 18
I'm observing a neutral trend in XAGUSD currently. The RSI at 59.7 doesn't offer a clear directional bias. Is anyone else concerned about the 200-day SMA acting as significant resistance around 78.44 if the price attempts to move upwards? I am still learning how to interpret these signals effectively.

@thomastaylor84 Thomas, good observation about the 200-day SMA. It's definitely a level to watch. However, don't solely rely on one indicator. Consider the overall trend and other factors like market sentiment and news events. The RSI around 60 isn't necessarily neutral; it suggests bullish momentum, especially if it stays above 50. A confirmed break above 78.44, coupled with strong volume, could negate the resistance posed by the 200 SMA. Keep practicing, and you'll get better at interpreting the signals!

Thomas, the 200 SMA is defo a key level to watch. If it breaks above that, could see some serious upside momentum. Just my two cents.
