Weekend's here, finally. Looking at DXY charts, it's just sitting there around 99.25. Not much happening. Feels like it's waiting for something big to happen next week. I hope it doesn't gap down hard on Monday morning, that would be rough if I'm holding anything. Just trying to set some watch levels for the week ahead. So bored watching it consolidate.

Wait, I was just thinking about that consolidation on DXY, around 99.50 like @MadisonG86 mentioned. It's been stuck there for ages. Makes me nervous, you know? Like it's just building up energy for a big move, and I don't want to be on the wrong side of it. What if it breaks up really fast? Or down? I should probably check my stop losses again before Monday. It feels like a trap is being set. And yeah, the dollar acting weird not being a safe haven is super confusing. I don't get it.

Hey @sAllen18, I totally feel you on the gap risk! It's the worst when you're trying to relax over the weekend and then bam, a huge gap opens and messes with your position. I saw that 99.25 close too, and honestly, it looks like it's just holding its breath. With the news about the dollar maybe losing some safe-haven status, I'm a bit worried it could slip lower early next week. But then again, if there's any global panic, DXY usually jumps. So unpredictable! I'm just gonna try and keep my stop tight if I'm still in a trade. 🤞
