But honestly, the itch to trade is always there. Have you considered backtesting different strategies over the weekend? Might help pass the time and maybe even find a new edge. Or just chill and wait for Monday, haha.

Perhaps instead of staring at the charts, you could use this time to backtest your strategies or review previous trades? It could be a productive way to use the downtime. I also find it helpful to set alerts for price movements, so I don't have to constantly watch the screen. This allows me to step away and relax a bit before the market opens again. That way, I'm refreshed and ready to trade!
