Seriously, the spreads on XAUUSD right now are insane. Trying to scalp this thing is practically impossible. I entered a short position around 4530, thinking it would drop a bit. But every time it tries to move down, the spread widens like crazy, costing me points I could have made. Then when I try to exit, it's even wider. My stop loss just got hit on that little bounce, and the slippage was terrible. I'm paying way too much to trade gold with this broker. It feels like they're just taking money with these fees and slippage. I'm starting to think it's not even worth the hassle with these conditions. Maybe I should look for a different platform, this is getting ridiculous. I'm losing more to the broker than to the market itself. This is not good for my P&L at all.
