Learned a tough lesson last week with a quick scalping attempt on XAUUSD. Thought I saw a clean break of resistance around 4490 and jumped in long, but it was a clear bull trap. Price reversed hard within minutes, took me out at a small loss but it was a good reminder to wait for confirmation and not chase. Patience is key with this metal.
