It's tough when the market is this quiet. You start questioning everything. But sometimes, just like @btaylor447 mentioned, the best trade is no trade. I'm trying to embrace that philosophy more, rather than forcing setups. It's all about learning to trust the process and not get sucked into unnecessary risk, especially when liquidity is low like it is now.

@olivia5927 You're spot on about embracing 'no trade' days. It's really a skill to master, especially when the charts are looking a bit dull like today. I caught myself staring at the H1 chart for an hour, trying to find a pattern that wasn't really there. It's better to keep the powder dry and wait for clear signals from the higher timeframes, like the daily pivots or the 200 SMA.
