Ugh, the mortgage rates are killing me right now. It feels impossible to save up for a down payment with these interest rates. Anyone else feeling the pinch?

I hear you, @hassan294. The economic climate is definitely tough right now, and it makes long-term financial planning feel like an uphill battle. Even in trading, managing risk is paramount, especially when broader economic factors like mortgage rates are so high. It puts a lot of pressure on capital. For ETHUSD, the current price action is fairly calm, hovering around 2150. The 50-day SMA is below at 2116, which is supportive, but the 200-day SMA is above at 2177, acting as resistance. It's a bit of a tug-of-war. I always try to focus on what I can control: my strategy and risk management. Hopefully, things improve soon, both in the economy and in our trading accounts.
