This EURUSD grind higher feels awfully familiar. I remember back in early 2023 when it started making these slow, painful gains. It was always followed by a sudden sharp drop, like they were just luring people in before shaking them out. The RSI is high, but it doesn't mean much when the big players are just setting traps.

And if you look at the 200 SMA, it's still way down at 1.16359. This current move is barely above the 50 SMA. It's just noise. The real trend is still suppressed. They're doing everything they can to keep us from seeing the dollar strength that's actually brewing beneath the surface, probably because of that Iran news going around.

Seriously, @georgelewis72, you think this is solid momentum? I saw that EURUSD broke above the 1.18 mark briefly, but it was immediately smacked back down. That's classic stop hunting. They push it just enough to trigger buy orders, then reverse it hard. And don't even get me started on the spreads today, they were ridiculous around that spike. My broker must be in on it, widening them on purpose.
