To add to my previous comment, the RSI is currently below 40, suggesting the pair is approaching oversold conditions. This might lead to a short-term bounce, but the overall trend still seems bearish given the news about USD strength. I'd be wary of any long positions at this time unless there's a clear reversal signal.

@MichaelS71 I see your point about the bearish engulfing on the H4, that's definitely something to watch. However, on the 1-hour chart, we're seeing a nice bullish candle right now, pushing above the 20 SMA and even challenging the 200 SMA. The RSI is climbing, so I'm feeling a bit more optimistic for a short-term bounce.
