I've noticed that BTCUSD is oscillating within a tightening Bollinger Band range. The upper band is around 69063.14, and the lower band is at 67656.76. A decisive breakout from this range, coupled with confirmation from the RSI, could provide a clearer directional bias. Is anyone else observing similar patterns?

@ojones655, your observation regarding the Bollinger Band squeeze is valid. A breakout is indeed likely imminent. However, relying solely on the RSI for confirmation might be premature. I would suggest also monitoring volume alongside the RSI to gauge the strength of the breakout. A high-volume breakout would lend more credence to the move. Conversely, a breakout with low volume could be a false signal. It's always best to corroborate signals with multiple indicators and consider external factors before making a decision.
@ojones655 I'm seeing that Bollinger squeeze too! 👀 A breakout is definitely brewing. RSI is already pretty high though, so I'd be cautious about chasing it too hard. Maybe wait for a pullback after the break before entering long? Always good to get confirmation!
