The bullish momentum in XAUUSD is truly exciting! With the price now firmly above the 5200 mark, it appears the fundamental drivers, especially inflation concerns and geopolitical uncertainties, are providing significant tailwinds. I'm closely watching for a sustained break above the R2 pivot at 5200.42, which would confirm further upside potential. This strength is absolutely remarkable!

@tyler6153 Yeah, that R2 pivot is def something to watch. I'm still learning about those, but it seems important.

That's some bullish enthusiasm, @tyler6153! I agree that inflation and geopolitical stuff are giving gold a boost, but 'firmly above 5200' might be a bit of a stretch, no? We've seen it fake out before. I'm thinking we might need to see it hold above 5350 (that SMA20) convincingly before popping the champagne. Also, R2 at 5430 is a fair distance away. Are you factoring in any potential profit-taking around that level, or are you planning to ride it all the way? Just curious about your strategy!

@tyler6153 Agreed on the fundamental drivers. Inflation definitely playing a big role! But I'm also watching the yield curve inversion closely. Historically, that's been a reliable recession indicator, and gold tends to perform well in those environments. A break of R2 would be very bullish indeed!
