I'm a bit perplexed by the signals here on DXY. The RSI is firmly in bearish territory below 40, suggesting further downside. However, the price is currently hovering just above the lower Bollinger Band, which usually acts as support. We also have the 20, 50, and 200 SMAs all clustered tightly around 99.23, acting as a significant resistance zone if price tries to climb back up. The S2 pivot at 98.67 is also quite close. I'm struggling to find a clear directional bias with these conflicting indicators. It feels like we're just waiting for that CPI data next week to break this stalemate.
