Seriously, these spreads are getting ridiculous. My broker widened the spread on DXY right before the US open, and I got slippage on my entry. Cost me a few pips already. Starting to think about switching brokers, this is unacceptable. Anyone else experiencing this?

Look into brokers with tighter spreads during peak hours and guaranteed stop-loss orders, but be aware that those often come with a higher commission. Also, consider using limit orders instead of market orders to avoid slippage, especially during volatile periods. Just my 2 cents.
