Update: I've also noticed the MACD is trending downwards, further supporting the bearish outlook. However, the oversold RSI could lead to a short-term correction. I am looking at potential entry points for short positions around the 1.3480-1.3500 level, coinciding with the R1 pivot and the 20 SMA. A tight stop loss above 1.3510 is crucial in this scenario. The D1 chart needs to be observed closely for any reversal patterns, but for now, the short-term bias remains bearish. Trade with caution and adjust risk accordingly.
