I'm curious to hear other perspectives on ETHUSD's current volatility. The Bollinger Bands suggest a tightening range, but the overall trend appears bearish. Are we anticipating a breakout soon, or is consolidation the more likely scenario? What indicators are you finding most reliable in this environment?

Update: I've also noticed a potential head and shoulders pattern forming on the H4 chart. If this pattern completes with a break below the neckline, it could provide further confirmation of a bearish move. However, volume confirmation is crucial to validate the pattern's reliability. I'll be watching the volume closely over the next few trading sessions. Any thoughts on the validity of this pattern?

@MWright61, I agree that the Bollinger Bands are tight. I'm seeing that too. I'm also new to this, so it's hard to say for sure. I'm thinking consolidation is more likely for now, but I'm also prepared for a surprise. I'm using MACD to confirm, but it's not super clear either.
