Risk management is key, especially with silver's volatility. For me, it's always about defining my max loss per trade, usually no more than 1% of my account. I set my stop-loss orders immediately after entry, no exceptions. If a trade goes against me and hits that predetermined level, I'm out without hesitation. No averaging down on losing trades, ever. I also keep a close eye on the daily pivot points and major SMAs as they often act as support or resistance levels. If price breaks through a key level with strong volume, I reassess my position, but my initial stop is always there to protect capital. It’s better to miss a potential bigger move than to blow up the account trying to chase it.
