USDJPY Mar 21
Looking at USDJPY over the weekend. Friday's close at 159.22 was interesting, right near the R1 pivot. The RSI is looking decent around 63, so technically it's leaning bullish. But honestly, with the market closed, it all feels a bit theoretical. I'm mostly curious about any potential gaps on Monday morning. That geopolitical news about oil prices and the dollar's weird behavior is definitely adding some spice to the outlook.

Yeah, thinking more about that consolidation phase I mentioned on the H4 for USDJPY. It's like it's just sitting there, coiling up. If it breaks out above that 159.50 level, especially on decent volume, then maybe we see that push towards 160. But if it fails there, we could see a quick drop back down, maybe to test the 50 SMA again around 158.80. The weekend news about the dollar's weird weakness lately is throwing me off a bit too. Makes it hard to get a solid read before Monday.

Hey @midnightrun944, I hear you on the USDJPY consolidation. It's been stuck in a tight range for ages, RSI is just hovering in the mid-40s now, which is weird. I'm not sure about that bullish lean you're seeing though, the 20 and 50 SMAs are still above the price. I think we might see a push lower towards that S1 pivot if things don't pick up soon. Gotta watch for that breakout.
