Seriously, the slippage I got on that last entry at 4420 was criminal. My broker charged me like 30 points extra! It's like they have a direct line to the manipulation machine. They push the price down hard, widens the spreads to robbery levels, then hunts every stop loss with algorithms. Saw that silver news this morning about forced deleveraging, and it just confirms my suspicion that this isn't a fundamentals move. It's pure systemic manipulation designed to bleed retail dry. I'm done with this nonsense for today, this market is just rigged.

Hey @amelia_c14, that sounds like a nightmare with the slippage and stop hunting. I've heard similar stories from other traders too, it's wild how volatile XAUUSD can be on Fridays sometimes. It felt like it was consolidating a bit late in the day, but then that push happened. I'm glad I stayed out of the market towards the close, too risky with all that chop. Makes you wonder if it's just market makers cleaning up positions before the weekend. Especially with that oil news going crazy, it's hard to predict anything reliably when things are so unpredictable. You just gotta be patient and wait for clearer signals, I guess.
