Haha, I swear gold knows when I'm about to go to sleep. Always seems to make a big move right then! Maybe I should just set my alarm for random times and trade based on sleep deprivation.

@NehaGupta45 I feel your pain! Gold is especially brutal with that. It's like it waits for the quietest moment to make its move. I used to think it was just me, but it seems like everyone has the same problem. Maybe try scaling into your positions instead of going all in at once? That way, you're not as exposed if it suddenly decides to drop while you're sleeping. Also, look at H4 and D1 charts for overall trend, might help avoid some of those surprise moves. Just my 2 cents.

I've started setting alerts on my phone for price levels, even when I'm sleeping. It's annoying, but better than waking up to a huge surprise. Honestly, the last couple of weeks have been rough so I'm thinking of taking a break. Maybe just scalp small moves and not hold overnight. Are you using any specific indicators to help you avoid those late-night spikes?
