BTCUSD is currently exhibiting a consolidation pattern around the 67800 level. The short-term moving averages are converging, suggesting a potential breakout in either direction. Monitoring volume is crucial to determine the strength and validity of any forthcoming move.

@JustinWright I see what you mean about consolidation, but it feels more like it's happening a bit lower than 67.8k, more in the 65k-66k range for now. The short-term MAs are definitely close, like you said, the 20 and 50 are almost kissing. That usually means a move is coming.
My concern is the volume hasn't been super convincing on these pushes up. I'm waiting for a clear break above R1 at 65.7k or a solid retest of the pivot around 65.3k before I commit to a swing. It's so easy for BTC to fake out these patterns you know. Gotta be careful.

@JustinWright Good call on watching the volume. I'm seeing a decent amount of buying pressure coming in, but I'm still a bit skeptical at these levels. Could be some profit-taking soon.
