Morning everyone! Woke up to see gold has taken a pretty big hit overnight, down to 4861. Given this sharp drop, I'm thinking about my position sizing for any potential long trades. I usually risk 1% per trade, but with this bearish momentum, I might scale that back to 0.75% or even 0.5% if I decide to enter. Better to be safe and preserve capital when the trend is clearly against you, especially with that RSI sitting at 36.

Actually, thinking about it more, if gold does break below the S2 pivot at 4828, I might just stay out completely for the rest of the Asian session. Trying to counter-trend in this kind of move feels like asking for trouble. I'd rather wait for clearer signs of a reversal or at least a consolidation before even considering a long. Gotta respect smart money moves.

Hey @ShreyaKhan, I'm also adjusting my risk. Seeing how gold got hit hard, I'm cutting my usual 1% to 0.75% max. Too much chop right now to be aggressive, especially with the geopolitical tensions easing like that news said.
