I'm seeing a potential options play here with XAUUSD. The 20 SMA just crossed above the 50 SMA, which is a bullish signal. I'm considering buying call options expiring next week, targeting 5200. Risk is defined, and the potential reward looks good! However, I'll be watching the RSI closely. If it gets too overbought, I'll take profits early. Always manage your risk! @JessicaM24 That options play sounds interesting! I've been wanting to learn more about options. Is it super risky though? I saw the SMA crossover too, but I'm still trying to understand RSI properly. What RSI level would make you reconsider the call options? I'm just worried about a sudden drop, especially with gold being so volatile. Maybe I should just stick to spot trading for now until I get better at analyzing the charts. Thnk I'll stick to simpler strategies first.
