XAUUSD Feb 24
Considering a short position on XAUUSD here. The price is currently below the 20-day and 50-day SMAs, which is a bearish signal for me. RSI is also neutral at 43.1, not oversold yet, so there might be room to go lower. I'm thinking a target around the S1 pivot at 5101.94. What do you guys think, is this a valid approach?

Update on my short idea: I'm also watching the 200-day SMA at 5022.58 as a potential stronger support if it breaks S1. Still feeling confident in the bearish bias for now.
