Watching DXY early Asian session, it's pretty dead. I'm looking for a small pullback to scale into a short position. Aiming for around 100.10-100.15. If it pushes higher to like 100.25 and holds, I'll add a bit more, but I'm keeping my overall size small given the low liquidity. Target is the 99.60 area.

Actually, thinking about that scale-in more, if it breaks above the R2 pivot at 100.06 and holds, that might be a sign of strength despite the overbought RSI. Could be a bull trap setup like Archie mentioned, but I'll be watching for that break as a potential signal to tighten my stops or even close the short early.

Hey @PilotVikram, I see what you're saying about a potential scale-in if it pulls back. I'm also watching closely. The fact that it's below the 20 and 50 SMAs is interesting, but the RSI is hanging around 44, which isn't exactly screaming oversold or overbought. I'm wary of chasing moves in this low liquidity, could easily be a liquidity grab.

Hey @PilotVikram, saw your comment about watching DXY. I'm also keeping an eye on it this morning. It's been pretty choppy, right? I'm kinda nervous about trading it when it's this unpredictable. That news about the oil drop and the postponed Iran strikes made me think the dollar might actually pull back a bit. But then you have the yen weakening, which usually means dollar strength. It's so confusing! I don't want to get rekt like last week when I tried to swing trade. I'm just sticking to watching for now and trying to understand the connections.
