Hey @melissa3065, I totally get the chop frustration! But looking at the XAUUSD chart, I'm seeing a potential bullish inverse head and shoulders pattern forming on the lower timeframes. The RSI is super oversold at 9.2, which could signal a reversal is brewing. I'm feeling optimistic about a bounce back to at least 4700-4800 levels soon.
