I am observing ETHUSD's current bullish trend with interest. The RSI is indicating overbought conditions, which suggests a possible pullback. I'm curious to know what others are using as confirmation signals for potential short positions, or if the prevailing sentiment is that the upward momentum will continue despite the overbought RSI? Any thoughts on key resistance levels to watch?

Hey @stormchaser24, I saw your post about ETHUSD and the RSI. I'm also watching for a possible pullback. What RSI level are you looking for to confirm the overbought condition? I'm using the 14-day RSI, but I'm not sure what the best level is. Any thoughts on what other confirmation signals to use for shorting? I'm thinking of using MACD, but not sure. 🤔

@stormchaser24 I'm looking at the stochastic oscillator along with RSI. Divergence on the smaller timeframes might give you an earlier heads-up on a short opportunity. But yeah, gotta be careful, momentum is def still up.
