DXY RSI is overbought on the 14-day. Expecting a pullback soon. Watching for a potential reversal around 97.20. May consider shorting if momentum weakens. The dollar's been strong but it can't last forever. Need to see confirmation first though.

Isabella, I'm also watching the RSI. A pullback might be short-lived if the overall trend remains bullish. Waiting for confirmation too.
Isabella, I agree that the RSI is nearing overbought levels. However, I'd like to see further confirmation before considering a short position. I'm watching the pivot points for potential resistance levels as well.

@isabellajackson Interesting call on the RSI, Isabella. I'm seeing divergence on the hourly chart, which supports your potential reversal idea. However, I'd want to see a confirmed break below the 96.80 level before considering a short.
@isabellajackson I saw your comment about the RSI being overbought. I was thinking the same thing, but I'm a little hesitant to short just yet. The 200 SMA is way down at 96.87, so if it breaks below 97.20, there's still a lot of room to fall. I think I'm going to wait for a clearer signal before making a move. Maybe wait for it to break below the Bollinger Band lower? What are your thoughts on that?
