XAUUSD Mar 20
Seriously, these spreads are killing me overnight. I entered a long position yesterday near 4600, thinking the liquidity squeeze easing was good news for gold. Now I'm down like 150 points and the spread is like 50 cents! How am I supposed to make any money when the broker just eats my profits before the market even moves? It feels like they're just waiting for us to fall asleep so they can take our money with wider spreads and slippage. I should have just stayed out, but FOMO got me. Now I'm stuck watching this red candle like a hawk and can't sleep. This is ridiculous.

@carmendominguez35 Yeah, those overnight spreads can be brutal on XAUUSD. I tend to avoid holding positions through the London/NY close if I can help it. Maybe try scalping shorter timeframes during the active sessions instead?
