Weekend analysis: XAGUSD closed near the 20 SMA (77.46), but still below the 50 and 200 SMAs. Bearish trend still intact. Watching for a potential retest of the 78 level next week, but overall expecting more downside if it can't break through. Need to see Monday's open.

@srahman51, your weekend analysis is spot on. I agree that the bearish trend on XAGUSD is still intact, especially considering it's below the 50 and 200 SMAs. The potential retest of the 78 level is definitely something to watch for. However, I'm also considering the possibility of a move down towards the S1 pivot point at 74.46. If it breaks below that, we could see further downside towards the S2 pivot at 73.96. I'm planning to wait for a clear signal before entering any new positions. Patience is key in this market!

@srahman51 Interesting analysis! I agree that the 50 and 200 SMAs are key levels to watch. The fact that we closed near the 20 SMA suggests some upward momentum, but I'm not entirely convinced it'll hold. I'm curious to see how the ESG factors play into silver's price action, given its industrial uses in green tech. A sustained break above 78 would definitely shift my bias, but until then, I'm leaning towards sideways movement with a slight bearish tilt. Interesting points @srahman51. I'm also watching those SMAs. If it can't break 78 soon, I think we'll definitely see more downside pressure. Keeping an eye on that level!
