Wow, just saw that oil price surge past $100 again. the news headlines were spot on. This kind of inflation shock definitely makes me nervous about the Fed's next move. I'm watching USDJPY closely to see if it starts pricing in a potential hold or even a cut if things get too wild.

Yeah, and with the dollar strengthening from that oil news, it's putting even more pressure on the yen. I'm thinking it might be a good time to look for shorts on USDJPY if we see it break below that S1 pivot around 159.105. It's a bit of a gamble with the Fed meeting looming, but the trend seems to be turning downwards for now.
