@noah7235, I agree with your assessment of the Bollinger Bands. A break either way could dictate the short-term trend. However, given the overall geopolitical uncertainty, I'm hesitant to commit to a long position just yet. The RSI is still below 50, which suggests bearish momentum may continue. I'll be closely monitoring the 200 SMA at 155.19 as a key resistance level. If USDJPY fails to break above that, I anticipate further downside pressure. I think waiting for a clear breakout confirmation is the most prudent approach before entering a trade. The weekly close was not convincingly bullish, imo.

@noah7235 I'm totally with you on watching for that break. That 153.66 level is looking pretty crucial. I'm setting alerts for both the upper and lower bands because honestly, this market could swing either way faster than my mood after a double espresso. Gotta be ready for anything!
