Honestly, trading GBP/USD during this Sydney session is like watching paint dry, and the spreads are wider than a politician's smile. You blink and the slippage eats any potential profit. I'm starting to think my broker enjoys watching us suffer with these slow markets. It's just not worth the hassle for these tiny moves.

Plus, trying to scalp in this kind of chop is just asking to get stopped out repeatedly. It's infuriating.

@S_Rodriguez Mate, I feel you on the Sydney session. Spreads are wild and any scalp gets eaten alive by slippage. It's like the market is actively trying to mess with us. You mentioned the Fed statement too – I saw that, and it seems like they're still pretty cautious overall, not exactly screaming 'risk on.' The news about Australia's inflation is also a bit of a wild card, could spill over. I'm sitting on a small short position right now, basically just hoping it holds the 1.3460 level. If it breaks below S2 at 1.3458, I might add more, but honestly, I'm half asleep and ready to call it a night. Just praying I don't wake up to a margin call because of some overnight nonsense. NFA, obviously.
