Anyone else obsessed with making their own pizza dough? I've been trying to perfect my recipe for weeks. Last night I added a pinch of semolina flour and it was a game changer! Now I just need to figure out the perfect sauce. Any suggestions for a good pizza sauce recipe? I'm thinking of trying a roasted garlic base.
