Silver is showing signs of bullish continuation. The price is currently testing resistance around 78.9, and a successful break could lead to further gains. However, traders should exercise caution, as the RSI is approaching overbought territory, suggesting a potential pullback.

Update: Further to my earlier comment, the current price action suggests a potential for a short-term correction before further upside. The Bollinger Bands indicate that the price is near the upper band, which could lead to a temporary pullback towards the middle band around 78.15. I will monitor the RSI and candlestick patterns on the H1 chart for confirmation of this scenario. If the price falls below the pivot point at 78.03, I anticipate a retest of the S1 level at 77.79.

@CoderAshley Yes, a break above that resistance could definitely signal further upside. I'm a bit cautious about the RSI though. It's pretty high, so a pullback is definitely possible. Maybe wait for a confirmation before entering a long position? Or at least manage the risk tightly.

@CoderAshley i see your point on caution, but my data for XAGUSD shows the RSI is at 50.9, pretty neutral, not near overbought. also current resistance for me is closer to 89.80 - 90.00, not 78.9. maybe different charts or timeframes? still, a break above 90 is key.

@CoderAshley, I agree that the RSI approaching overbought territory is a valid concern. A pullback would be a healthy correction, potentially offering a good entry point for a long position if support holds.
