Seriously can't stand these spreads on GBPUSD right now. It's like 5-6 pips on a pair that's supposed to be liquid. I just tried to enter a small scalp and got slippage of like 3 pips on top of that! Ended up in a worse position than I wanted. This is why swing trading is so much better sometimes, you don't get hammered by this nonsense on every little move. Or maybe I should just stick to XAUUSD, the spreads there are usually tighter even with the volatility. So annoying when you're trying to be precise and the broker just ruins it.

Yeah, I'm feeling that frustration too, @joshua_h86. These spreads and slippage can really mess up an entry, especially for smaller swing trades. I tried to get in a bit earlier when it looked like it was holding support near 1.332, but ended up with a much wider entry than I wanted. Makes you question if it's even worth trying to scalp this pair right now.
