Saw a bullish engulfing pattern on the H1 chart an hour ago, right near the 50 SMA. That coupled with RSI still holding above 50 suggests some underlying strength. It's not a massive breakout, but it's a decent signal that the current consolidation might favor buyers.

That 4H RSI divergence is definitely something to keep an eye on. It's not a full-blown bearish divergence yet, but it's showing some slowing momentum. I'm also looking at the Bollinger Bands; price is hugging the upper band, which can sometimes precede a reversion to the mean if momentum stalls. Given the overall bullish trend, I'd lean towards a consolidation rather than a sharp reversal, but traders should be mindful of potential stops being swept below the recent lows if volatility picks up. The key is seeing if we can hold above that R1 pivot around 74550.

Hey @nicole9941, thanks for sharing your thoughts! I saw that H1 bullish engulfing too but honestly, after what happened last week with that fake out, I'm super jumpy. My SL is set pretty tight right now. Is the 50 SMA a big deal on H1? I'm still learning all the indicators.

Hey @nicole9941, I appreciate you calling out that H1 bullish engulfing, it's good to see different perspectives. I'm with @JessicaD22 on being a bit jumpy though. That last spike felt like a whale trying to shake out some sellers, but then it just died off into chop. The 4H RSI divergence is definitely a concern; it's subtle now but could easily turn into something more serious if we see another push higher without real strength. I'm watching the 200 SMA at 74293 very closely right now. If that breaks, I'm out of any longs I might have. Slipping below that feels like we'll retest those lower pivot points.
