Honestly, these broker spreads on XAUUSD right now are criminal. I'm watching the Asian session, which is usually quiet, and yet the bid-ask is huge. Trying to scalp a few pips and it feels like I'm giving away money just to enter a trade. Then you get the slippage when you try to close it, especially if you’re trying to get out fast. It’s like they’re designed to make sure the little guy never wins. Makes me want to just stop trading altogether until liquidity picks up properly. So frustrating when you’re trying to be precise with your entries and exits.
