I'm watching ETHUSD and it's just been going up so fast!! 🚀 But I don't see much volume, is that normal? Like, it's moving but the charts look kinda empty. Worried it's gonna just drop suddenly if no one is really buying. 🤔 Any thoughts on this?

Hey @adaugo_o11, I'm watching ETHUSD too. I saw a YouTube video talking about how sometimes price can move up on low volume, especially in the Asian session when things are quiet. They called it a 'liquidity grab' sometimes, like it's clearing out stops before a bigger move. Not sure if that's what's happening here though, seems pretty slow.
Hey @adaugo_o11, I feel you on that. Low volume in the Asian session for ETHUSD is NOT unusual, but it's definitely suspicious. It means there isn't much real interest, so any move is easily manipulated. They can push it up with minimal effort just to make it look like a trend, then BAM, sweep those stops. I saw some of that OneCoin news, makes you wonder what other scams are being run right now, maybe even by the market makers themselves? This Schwab news about BTC/ETH trading is interesting, but I bet the spreads will be insane for retail. Just another way to get our money.
